Auditing

We start by zooming out to get the big picture of where your business is now, what tools you're using, and what data you're collecting. From there, we will make recommendations as to whether these are the right tools for the job, if we're collecting the right data, and what changes need to be made.

Planning

The planning stage involves creating a plan to measure the whole business – this is vital to understanding how different parts are working together (or not). This stage helps us define what questions we want to answer using data. Our experience will act as a compass and help guide our next steps in getting the answers you need to proceed.

Building

Once we have a plan and understand the questions to be answered we can get into the technical stuff, creating and optimizing the tools and solutions needed to gather and analyze the data. This is the part where we geek out over technical stuff – and you just smile and nod. Never fear: all that tech speak will present real answers.

Reporting

When the data starts rolling in, we need a simple way to visualize and communicate it. All the numbers in the world won't do you any good if you don't know what they mean. We ensure that the data is presented in a clear, concise way that makes spotting issues, celebrating wins, and plotting your next steps easy and intuitive.

Optimizing

From the reporting phase, we can now interpret the data and make recommendations to solve issues and unstick bottlenecks. Our experience allows us to suggest effective solutions quickly and efficiently – instead of just trying everything and hoping something works.
