In 2012, after retiring from the RCMP, I thought of starting my own business as a Career Coach. From the very beginning, Rita was instrumental in the shaping of a new and what became a successful venture. She worked tirelessly with me from the ground floor, helping me shape the direction of the business and what my focus would be, to creating an amazing website. She continues to work on the website, updating it on a regular basis, to ensure maximum exposure and keeping things current and relevant.
Last fall, Rita encouraged me to write a book to help RCMP Applicants prepare for the Regular Member Selection Interview. I found the task to be quite overwhelming, but Rita worked with me to come up with a great product, and then spent hours and hours on the technical side of uploading the final document on my website for purchase. Without her knowledge and expertise, the book never would have been completed.
Rita has been a key element to the success of my business and my ability to become a great coach. Rita, thank you for everything that you have done.
I was feeling completely STUCK. I felt like I needed to take my blog to another level or get out of the game entirely. Thankfully, Rita gave me the direction I needed to elevate and improve my blog–not only the big-picture pep talk I needed, but also the nitty-gritty, nuts-and-bolts stuff I needed to do and change to make my blog better. And when I didn’t have the technical know-how to do it myself, she walked me through it. I will forever be grateful to Rita for busting me out of my blog crisis!Sally Kuzemchak
When a fellow blogger first recommended Rita to me, I was pretty skeptical of the whole idea of paying for “blog coaching.” I was also worried that Rita was going to dispense one-size-fits-all advice that wouldn’t really apply to my own work, which in some ways doesn’t fit the traditional blogging mold. But I could tell right away on our call that Rita had done her research on me and my blog and that she understood my particular goals. I was so impressed after our coaching call, I wound up also hiring her to help me re-design my blog.
I had very (VERY!) specific ideas of how I wanted my redesigned blog to look, and I was afraid that Rita would grow tired of my detailed emails and feedback. But she never once made me feel that I was annoying her. To to the contrary, she reassured me that she only wanted me to be 100% satisfied with the end product. And that’s exactly the result she achieved. I absolutely LOVE my blog’s new look!Bettina Elias Siegel
We knew we needed a fresh site, but we were looking for something that would be easy to use, both for our prospects/clients and for ourselves in order to make changes.
I was also concerned because we have some diverse audiences. I write mainly about fitness, nutrition, pregnancy and mindset for women versus my husband who writes for MMA fighters.
Rita helped us with our company website as well as my blog and my husband’s blog. She was a pleasure to work with and she has been really easy to get in touch/keep in touch with as simple questions come up! We get all kinds of compliments on our sites!
Rita handled the different looks and feels beautifully!Amanda Perry
Every time I look at the mockups Rita sends for my review, I find myself fighting back tears of relief, joy, and peace of mind that there is this amazing master of her craft who can translate my vision into reality so precisely, elegantly, and with such great finesse.Natasha Vorompiova
